Purchase and install a new qualifying Mitsubishi single-zone system between November 1st, 2009 and December 31st, 2009.

To receive your Mitsubishi Electric Comfort System rebate by mail, download the rebate form and fill in all the required information. Include the following items in an envelope:

  1. Completed Comfort Rebate form including model and serial numbers.

  2. Copy of contractor’s invoice proving the purchase is a qualifying system purchased from, and installed by, a qualified contractor between November 1st, 2009 and December 31st, 2009. Must show your name, address and phone number; the contractor’s name, address and phone number; date of installation and model and serial numbers of indoor and outdoor units.

  3. Completed Warranty Registration Card found in the indoor unit box of your new system.

  4. Mail all items to the address below. Envelope must be postmarked by January 31, 2010. Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA, Inc. is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, so you should send by certified mail.

Mitsubishi Electric Cooling and Heating system(s) must be purchased and installed by a qualified contractor between November 1st, 2009 and December 31st, 2009. Your complete submission must be postmarked by January 31, 2010. Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA, Inc. is not responsible for lost, unreadable or misdirected rebate claims or any other condition caused by events beyond the control of Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA, Inc. Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA, Inc. does not authorize its contractors or distributors to sell over the internet, and products purchased over the internet are not eligible for this promotion. Purchase must be made for consumer use only and not for resale. The rebate is limited to no more than five qualifying single zone systems per customer. Purchases by Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA, Inc. employees, distributors or contractors are not eligible for this promotion. A copy of a printed or computer-generated, dated invoice must show the qualified contractor’s name, full address and telephone number. Consumer name, address and phone number must be included on the invoice. A proof of purchase, in the form of the ORIGINAL Warranty Registration Card, must be submitted along with the contractor’s invoice. Packaging slips or shipping documents will not be accepted as a proof of purchase. Both the contractor invoice date and installation date must be within the rebate period. The correct model and serial numbers are required to be eligible for this rebate and can be obtained from the product packaging or from the installing contractor. Customer must have serial number of the product prior to the end of the rebate period. Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA, Inc. will not process any rebates that do not meet the above requirements. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Offer valid only in the continental United States (contiguous 48 states plus Alaska) and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Offer is not valid in Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
