Training Overview

Our mission at Mitsubishi Electric is to be the best provider of the most comprehensive technical training possible to our customers. Our service courses combine in-depth systematic technical immersion with focused hands-on equipment experience.

As a result, students walk away both certified and confident in their abilities to install and service our CITY MULTI® and Mr. Slim® products.

NATE-Certified Training

Our service training program is now a recognized provider for NATE Recertification.

Students can earn 24 hours toward NATE recertification by completing the CITY MULTI® Service Course and 16 hours by completing the Mr. Slim® M&P Service Course.

To receive your NATE recertification hours, you must bring your NATE Identification number with you when you attend the service course.
